“Paid respects at my father’s grave.”
“Since ancient times, Mongolians have cherished the tradition of honoring and worshipping the resting places of their parents and ancestors. On an auspicious day, together with my siblings, we gathered to pay tribute at our parents’ resting place — inviting a lama to recite prayers, while I offered my song and music. My love for my father and mother is boundless.”
(On the monument, my father’s name Vaanchig is inscribed in the traditional Mongolian script)
