Devour Music

[ENG] Vincent Moon searched long and hard for the perfect place to welcome this monument of African music in acoustic duo form. After wandering through the scorching labyrinth of the old town, he chose a small, timeworn courtyard, cool and full of faded charm. From the very first notes, his camera seems hypnotized by the unmatched power of this voice — circling endlessly around the statuesque aura of Salif Keita. In the heart of Arles, then, a great wisteria becomes a palaver tree, and from the Malian homeland of this great man — here accompanied by his guitarist Guimba Kouyaté — comes the joyful echo of Mande reunions, carried through his song “Tomorrow.” Thanks to: Laurent Bizot, NØ FØRMAT, Florence Roumy, Gérald, les bénévoles des Suds, Ville d’Arles Image & Sound: Vincent Moon Production by: Julie Henoch, Stéphane Krasniewski, Frédérique Miguel Communication: Laura Boury, Simon Dumottier Text by Julie Henoch Écoutez la version acoustique de "Tomorrow" de Salif Keita : https://idol-io.ffm.to/sokono_ Suivez Salif Keita sur les réseaux : Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/therealsalifkeita/ TikTok : https://www.tiktok.com/@therealsalifkeita Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/TheRealSalifKeita YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1leXfdG6aNccfF0oiRk73A — Want to see more?
