Nine Inch Nails - Less Than (cover)
This is probably my favourite NIN song and over the Christmas break I decided to record a quick cover of it with no intention of doing a video, but I thought it turned out pretty great and figured I'd film myself playing along so I could put it up. It was definitely the most fun I've had recording/mixing something in a while and the guitar tones punching into the chorus are the happiest I've been with my tones in a bit as well.
Vocals definitely have some Melodyne work on the worst offenders and they're all running through some light autotune. But honestly this industrial vibe kind of sounds good with slightly sharp vocals at times so I tried to only touch the really bad parts and leave the off bits that add some aggression and flavour to the vibe.
