Devour Music

Hey everyone, Hope you're all doing great! This is the tune Straight Street from a recent gig at Mezzrow, originally released in the album Coltrane. The original features Johnnie Splawn on trumpet, Sahib Shihab on Bari, Mal Waldron on piano, Paul Chambers on bass, and Albert Tootie Heath on drums. We did our own trio version with Matt Penman on bass and Jimmy Macbride on drums. Playing my D'Ambrosio Allegro into the Paul Reed Smith HDRX 20 for a real clear tone but with an edge, Earthquaker Devices Avalanche Run providing reverb. Hope you enjoy it!
