Lou Hazel writes with the kind of insight that made John Prine so monolithic. Lou's writing is direct, unadorned, charming, and, at times, devastating. There is no wasted moments in his songs. Just sharp observation and an honest curiosity. It is a reminder that people can not be faked.
It is about damn time Lou Hazel is on the channel.
