A Hip Hop Drummer's First Time Hearing GREEN DAY
The Drummer's Challenge is a video featuring Bravo Buggs, drummer/percussionist and producer from Alabama. He's endorsed by various companies, including Sonique Drums, Ochocatorce, Altune, Dope Stickz, and xpercussion.
In this video, Bravo has to learn a song he's never heard before without hearing the original drum track. His goal is to figure out parts, sequences, solos, etc., while listening to a drumless track, then play it to the best of his ability.
He'll listen to the music a few times, analyze its structure and different elements, and come up with his own drum parts. Afterward, he'll compare his performance with the original song's drummer, highlighting their differences.
This unique approach was inspired by Drumeo, whom they admire and respect.
