Drummer Pierre Courbois, who has recently turned 86, celebrated his postponed 80th birthday back in 2022 at the BIMHUIS with 3GEN3. This new trio encompasses three generations, with the experienced bassist Wiro Mahieu and saxophone talent Jesse Schilderink, who plays with emerging jazz sensation De Raad van Toezicht. Special guest is pianist Jasper van 't Hof, with whom Courbois formed the influential group Association PC in 1969.
