Two Shadows | As.71
A scene from The Town He Left, a soundtrack for an unwritten film built from recorded sessions and visual fragments.
A delivery worker ran through the town carrying a parcel.
A man sweeping the street had stopped to talk with the owner of the bakery.
In a park where children were playing, he saw her shadow.
There was another shadow beside hers.
He knew at once that it was his own.
Scene 8.
