L Y R I C S:

1. Should old acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind? Should old acquaintance be forgot In the days of auld lang syne?
2. For auld lang syne, my dear For auld lang syne We'll drink a cup of kindness yet For the sake of auld lang syne
3. And surely, you will buy your cup And surely, I'll buy mine! We'll take a cup of kindness yet For the sake of auld lang syne
4. We two who've paddled in the stream From morning sun 'til night The seas between us roared and swelled Since the days of auld lang syne
5. For old acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind Should old acquaintance be forgot For the sake of auld lang syne?

B R O O K L Y N D U O B I O:

Founded in 2014, Brooklyn Duo has quickly established itself as one of today’s most successful classical crossover ensembles. Through its creative arrangements and live video performances, the piano and cello duo has garnered a huge following, with over 1.4 million YouTube subscribers and over 150 million streams annually on platforms such as Spotify and Pandora Radio.

Marnie and Patrick have released over 100 videos on their Brooklyn Duo YouTube channel and 12 albums of covers, spanning artists from The Beatles to Metallica to Ariana Grande. They also have a second YouTube channel, "Brooklyn Classical", which aims to introduce classical music to a larger audience through high quality, live video performances. Brooklyn Classical often hosts high-profile guest artists, including the world-renowned Dover and Escher string quartets, percussionist Ivan Trevino and cellist Cicely Parnas.

Popular classical music stations Classic FM and WQXR regularly share Brooklyn Duo’s music on their social media pages, with Classic FM calling the duo “masters of the artfully planned pop cover.” Their music has been featured in numerous films, television shows, and commercials.
