FELIX HENKELHAUSEN "Deranged Particles" @ JAZZEXZESS / House of Music | LIVE FROM BERLIN
Felix Henkelhausen presents his latest project Deranged Particles, with some of his closest collaborators, including tenor saxophonist Philipp Gropper, trumpeter Percy Pursglove and vibraphonist Evi Filippou.
The project's title, Deranged Particles is emblematic of the band's musical concept, describing the state of abstract particles that are in motion independently but collide from time to time; blurring the lines between the individual and the collective.
With this particular constellation, Deranged Particles makes way for both percussive complexity and colourful expressiveness.
