Wild Five Voice Fugue from Bach!
The Fugue in C sharp Minor from the Well-Tempered Clavier is kind of the opposite of the tightly controlled fugues that came before it; even the C sharp major fugue is more 'galant' in style. This one is more 'stile antico', and Bach's primary composition method for much of it seems to have involved devising as many complicated ways to layer the subjects as possible. It's awesome!
