hey friends, hope we're all hanging in there, sending lots of love. its funny, there's so so many things im excited about in life, feeling super grateful and all that buttttt winterrr the cold, the staying inside way too much, the state of the world......... imagine many of us have some extra weight this week.

i dont think i have a ton of words in me today, i think i used them up on a really good phone call earlier so i won't force it.
