Contemplation (432 Hz) | A Meditative Journey on the Iranian Santoor (1 hour)
Take a deep breath and dive deep into this magical healing journey with the Iranian Santoor, contemplating and surrendering to the flow of sound and presence amidst the lush banana fields in Goa.
Sharing this with you feels intimate to me, as when I sit down with this instrument, I meditate and there is nothing but me and the Santur.
You have the chance to experience this unique connection of me and this incredible instrument. I hope you enjoy this 1 hour session in 432 Hz and that it brings you peace and ease into your life.

The Santur or "Santoor" is the Iranian version of the hammered dulcimer, with a history of thousands of years. In Persian music, the Santur is one of the most important instruments and is strongly linked to the Persian culture. The way I play this magical instrument, however, differs quite significantly from the traditional playing in Iranian music: I use a different tuning and adopt the Santur to Western music scale. At the same time I am also tuning the Santoor to 432 Hz, aligning with the so-called Solfeggio frequencies that are really beneficial for holistic healing and meditation.
Opposed to Santur in Persian Music, I developed a playing style that can be described as melodic-rhythmic, meditative and contemplative. I really hope that this music contributes to your well-being, spiritual practice and your connection to your heart. May you always be blessed and feel protected.
Thank you for being and listening.
