Perfect timing for boiled eggs!

Here's how I cook my eggs:

1. Put them in a pot of water and bring it to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let them sit for about 10-11 minutes.
3. Then, dump them into an ice bath.

I like my egg yolks pretty hard, so take the eggs out a minute before the video ends if you prefer softer yolks!
